The Fair.

The North Carolina State Fair is difficult to describe. But aren't most fairs? The people and hilarity that such an event provides are usually not fit for words. But lets remember, I'm not that good with words anyways. Regardless, I spent most of my time laughing at the dad's and boyfriends carrying around ridiculously large and cheap stuffed animals for their respective children/girlfriends/wives. Their eyes would reveal the utter disinterest in these childlike (and tricky) games, but the giant bag filled with the cheapest and largest stuffed animal around is propped on their shoulder with pride. It's truly hilarious.
I also spent a good portion of my time at the fair taking pictures. And even more than that, learning how to take GOOD pictures. My friend Brad, who happens to be an excellent photographer, taught me so much. I'm truly a novice when it comes to this photography thing. I know I like taking pictures and that sometimes I manage to take a good one. Ask me what an F-Stop is or how to shoot Raw? No clue. Brad knows these things, and for that I'm grateful. I learned a lot, and I'm excited to learn more.
Wasn't mad about running into these beautiful friends :)
Or getting to see the TINY tent that a GIANT horse is in.
