A visitor! For me!

I'm writing to you as I sit cozied up under the layers of crisp white covers of a hotel bed. Leigh is asleep beside me and Hillsong is playing on my iTunes. My hair is wet because I just took a bath. That's right, a bath. And yes, my heart is full.

My wonderful friend (and neighbor from MD!), Leigh is in Spokane visiting for a few days and I'm experiencing full-fledged Spokane pride as I give her the grand (and very detailed) tour around town. There really is nothing like showing off a place you adore. Our day was simple. We enjoyed each other. We laughed. We explored. We ate. And we laughed some more. Here is day 1...
